For Italian students, the regular tuition fees are based on the student family income and range from about 360€ to 1400€ per year. For non-Italian students, the regular tuition fees are about 750€ per year.
LAZIODISU offers several benefits to talented students from low-income families. Eligible students may apply for

- fully-waived tuition fees
- catering service at discounted rates
- study grants (up to 5.118,36 € per year) to partly cover living expenses
- study-abroad scholarships (up to 510,00 € per month) to participate in international exchange programs for a maximum of 10 months
- graduation prizes (up to 2.559,18 €)
The above benefits are exempt from income tax, as envisaged by Circular no. 109/E dated 6 April 1995 issued by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance. The student’s economic situation is evaluated on the basis of the Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (in Italian, Indicatore Situazione Economica Equivalente), hereinafter referred to as the “ISEE”, and the Equivalent Equity Situation Indicator (in Italian, Indicatore Situazione Patrimoniale Equivalente), hereinafter referred to as the “ISPE”, which provide information on the student's family incomes, assets, and properties. Students whose ISEE or ISPE exceed a maximum value will be excluded from the above benefits regardless of the academic merit. The maximum ISEE and ISPE are specified every academic year in the corresponding call for applications. For the academic year 2018/2019, the maximum ISEE and ISPE are 19.468,75 € and 34.069,40 €, respectively.
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers scholarships to foreigners and Italians resident abroad (registered IRE) that desire to study in Italy. Scholarships are available to enroll in individual university courses, first- or second-cycle degree programs, and doctorate programs. The deadline for the application is usually scheduled in spring. Before filling their application, students should contact the Italian diplomatic representatives in the country of citizenship for specific information about this offer.
